Complete kit for self-building the exhaust manifold for Alfa 147 1900 16v Mjet and similar engines consisting of: head flange, turbo flange, straight pipes and curved bent pipes, 4 in 1 box to facilitate the insertion and strengthening of the four inlet pipes in the turbine flange.
The pipes and bends are all in 304 stainless steel while the flanges are in steel (not stainless steel). If you also wish to receive the flanges in stainless steel, you must pay an additional cost of 60 euros.
This kit is often purchased by those who want to receive everything necessary to be able to make the manifold even in a different position in the case of a large turbocharger that does not fit in the original position.
WARNING : We recommend purchasing this product primarily to industry experts, as the pipes are ABSOLUTELY NOT cut to size , so the kit only contains the materials needed to build it yourself, as we do. For this reason, once this kit has been purchased, if the buyer is unable to either start or complete the build, ProtoXide will not accept any returns (RMA), nor will they be able to complete the build, nor will they be able to replace the DIY kit with a finished manifold.
We therefore ask you to be aware before purchasing this kit that a high level of technical experience in gas immersion TIG welding, even inside pipes, as well as cutting with dedicated machinery, is required.
