Unlike our standard service—where, starting from a compliant sample, valves can be produced without changes—this process covers all situations in which the component requires specific customizations to ensure proper engine operation, often in racing or special applications where repeated technical exchanges by phone or email are also necessary.

When this service is needed

• The supplied sample requires dimensional modifications

• Changes are requested to:

  • Total height or effective height of the valve

  • Stem or head diameters

  • Number and position of the grooves (collet/springs)

  • Seat angles or geometries

• The component must be adapted to non-standard or customized configurations

• A technical study is required to optimize performance and compatibility
