- Stainless steel exhaust manifold for the Opel Tigra 1400-1600, which converts a naturally aspirated engine to a turbocharged one. This manifold can be made with any flange and external wastegate connection.
- To produce this manifold, industrial CNC pipe bending and gas TIG welding are used to avoid internal smearing.
- Flange without EGR completely flat.
- Our manifold is welded only where strictly necessary and is gas-immersed. If the pipes have internal leaks, these could cause pieces of welded material to detach, resulting in damage to the turbocharger.
