Product Details

Steel flywheel complete with crown for the starter motor, ProtoXide copper disc with reinforced battery with shock absorbers specifically designed to reduce transmitted vibrations and "loaded" in reverse.
There are known problems with the dual mass flywheel breaking when the standard horsepower is increased (even just by reprogramming the control unit) or the clutch slipping after remapping the control unit or adding a modified turbocharger. Kit with special single-mass steel flywheel made to accommodate a specific disc created for turbodiesels with double shock absorbers
This kit is supplied with: steel flywheel, super reinforced SASCH PERFORMANCES 69KGM pressure plate designed as the only exclusive ProtoXide solution with relative copper clutch disc 6 special ProtoXide copper PLATES with reverse-loaded coupling springs and a series of special reinforced screws specific for this application.
The crown for the starter motor is already inserted on our flywheel
The special flywheel bolts are already included in our package.
High tensile bolts for fixing to the crankshaft, included in the package, specific for this application
The weight of the whole assembly is approximately 16kg.
This kit allows you to eliminate the problems present in acceleration even at low speeds, especially in the higher gears, caused by the failure of the "original dual mass flywheel", thus eliminating clutch or flywheel slipping, thanks to a reinforced pressure plate and a unique and hard to find ProtoXide lining disc
It is necessary to use the original thrust bearing to be purchased at the dealership as it is not included.
