To create this manifold, industrial CNC tube benders are used and TIG welded with gas flowed internally, to avoid internal smears that would compromise the correct path of the gas, which if not cleaned carefully could cause internal welding parts to detach which would immediately meet the turbocharger exhaust impellers with destructive effects.
Our manifold features welds only in strictly necessary places.
