Exclusive exhaust manifold for Lancia Delta 16v with connection and dedicated external wastegate position.
Entirely in stainless steel complete with nuts and studs for high temperatures.
T3 flange connection.
Arrangement for exhaust gas thermocouple already welded in optimal position
For the realization of this manifold, industrial CNC tube bending and welding with TIG technology with gas are used, to avoid internal dripping.
In fact, if the pipes have internal drippings, these could cause the detachment of pieces of welded material with consequent damage to the turbocharger.
Our manifold has welds only where strictly necessary.
