• Lightweight single-mass flywheel kit with reinforced clutch Ford Fiesta ST MK8 - Ford Puma 1500 12v Turbo 200hp 3 cylinders in ferodo SPECIAL, can be installed on all versions with Ecoboost engine.
• By now everyone is aware of the breakage problems with this original flywheel-clutch assembly when increasing the standard horsepower (even just by reprogramming the control unit).

The kit features:

• Flywheel in special single-mass steel, lightened with a weight just over 11 kg, made to accommodate our clutch disc.
• Clutch disc with robust shock absorber springs to absorb the vibrations of 3-cylinder engines like this one. We have also increased the friction surface of the clutch disc and at the same time created for this unique application A SPECIAL COMPOUND WITH COPPER BRAIDS INSERTED INSIDE THE FERODO COMPOUND , thus ensuring a much longer life than a disc with copper plates. We have also always inserted an additional progression spring into the disc to try to further facilitate the disengagement and reattachment of the clutch assembly.
• Reinforced clutch pressure plate completely different from the original model and without wear recovery with treatment on the clutch pressure plate.
• This single-mass kit is made with two types of pressure plates by Protoxide and can handle torque from 50KGM up to 59KGM with a ferodo disc! Choose the type of torque you want to handle from the menu.
• Upon request, it is possible to replace the disk with another disk made entirely of copper for superior performance but with a shorter lifespan at a higher cost.
• You need to purchase the original thrust bearing separately from Ford or a spare parts dealer.
• The starter motor crown is now included on the new ProtoXide single-mass flywheel, and for this reason you will not have to worry about anything as we have already inserted it.
