  • Single mass flywheel lightened in steel with starter motor crown machined from solid with reinforced pressure plate and clutch disc in ferodo (not copper) with large anti-vibration springs made specifically to compensate, as far as possible, for the vibrations of the gearbox dampened by the original dual mass flywheel.   • Can be installed on all 1900 JTD models including: Marea engine 182B4, Doblo 223B1000, Multipla 184A, Punto 176 engine 188A2, Punto 188 engine 175A3, Brava 182 engine 182B4, Bravo engine 182B4 and 182B9, and many other engines.
  • All engines come standard with 75 hp, 100, 105 and 120 hp.
  • The problems of breakage of the dual mass flywheel when increasing the standard horsepower (even just by reprogramming the control unit) are known. Here is the solution for those who wish to maintain a clutch-flywheel unit capable of maintaining a maximum torque of 52kgm.
  • Highly recommended on tuned engines and even with just remapping the ECU to allow the transmission to maintain the torque increase.
  • High tensile bolts for fixing on crankshaft, included in the package, specific for this application
  • This kit eliminates problems present in acceleration even at low revs, especially in higher gears, caused by the failure of the "original dual mass flywheel" thus eliminating clutch or flywheel slippage, thanks to a reinforced clutch pressure plate and a ferodo disc.

UNICO KIT SENZA CONTROINDICAZIONI da prendere in considerazione per eliminazione del fatiscente volano bimassa originale. Montato su JTD 8v 146 meccanismo a tirare. Propulsore elaborato con coppia 350Nm e 170cv .Componente Volano alleggerito con sistema a fori ciechi con macchina a CNC con finitura allo stato dell arte. Spedito già con equilibratura del gruppo volano+ spingidisco+ disco frizione eseguita con componenti assemblati. Montato gia da 10000km Nessuna vibrazione anomala percettibile in tutto l arco di giri. Nessuna vibrazione anomala a pieno carico in range di coppia massima 2000/2500rpm. Eseguiti trackday e prove abilita crono con partenze da fermo a 3000rpm. Mai segni di cedimento del disco frizione. Mai odore di surriscaldamento delle parti. Pedale frizione decisamente piu leggero. modulazione come da frizione di serie e nessun accenno di slittamento nonostante erogazione brusca ai medio bassi regimi. Ciao ho un fiat dobl? rimappato. Ho sempre avuto problema di frizione quando attaccava la turbina. Ho cambiato pi? di una frizione . ma dopo poco ritornano i problemi. Con questo kit ho risolto tutti i miei problemi. IMPOSSIBILE che questa frizione vi slitter? . soprattutto nel cambio di marcia ( se avete potenza) lascerete le gomme in terra. Tiziano il titolare. persona simpaticissima. cordiale e soprattutto competente. Io sono andato direttamente in ditta e mi sono trovato benissimo. Vi trover? una soluzione a tutto.
