    Lightened single-mass flywheel kit with reinforced clutch with COPPER plates, can be installed on all Ford Fiesta ST 1500 12v Turbo 200hp versions with Ecoboost engine.

    • By now everyone is aware of the breakage problems with this original flywheel-clutch assembly when increasing the standard horsepower (even just by reprogramming the control unit).
    • All other clutch kit solutions that suggest a 15% increase because they reinforce the original clutch are telling us a fairy tale as the original clutch pressure plate cannot be reinforced and therefore they suggest the 15% increase only by replacing the friction material of the disc used.
    • We have created a complete application, first of all we have increased the entire friction surface and in this case we have also developed a new sintered copper disc, together with a lightened steel single-mass flywheel and therefore not a cast iron dual-mass flywheel, together with a reinforced clutch pressure plate with all components made and designed from scratch within the ProtoXide technical department, in fact all the components used have nothing to do with the previously indicated solution.
    • Flywheel in special single-mass steel, lightened with a weight just over 11 kg, made to house our clutch disc with cushioning springs to absorb the vibrations of 3-cylinder engines like this one, we have also increased the friction surface and at the same time made for this unique application 8 COPPER plates per side, thus having better stability.
    • Reinforced clutch pressure plate completely different from the original model and without wear recovery.
    • This single mass kit is made uniquely by Protoxide and can handle torque up to 59KGM with our copper disc.
    • You must purchase the original thrust bearing separately from Ford or a parts dealer because it's not included. The stock bearing is fine.
    • The starter motor crown is not included but you can send us the original flywheel, before or after purchase we will take care of removing it as it is necessary to remove it (removing material) for installation on the new ProtoXide single-mass flywheel.
    • Protoxide assumes no responsibility for any vibrations that may be created during normal engine operation and use due to the removal of the original dual-mass flywheel, as our products are intended only for racing vehicles where the only prerogative is maximum performance at the expense of everything else, noise, comfort and durability (especially when an application involves the use of copper material).
