- Steel flywheel Alfa 147 1900 8v -16v JTD lightened with reinforced push clutch type complete with crown for the starter motor, clutch disc in ferodo (not copper) ProtoXide with reinforced battery with 3 shock absorbers specifically designed to reduce the vibrations transmitted by the gearbox and "loaded" in reverse.
- This kit is supplied with: steel flywheel, super reinforced push-type clutch plate (originally the clutch unit is of the pull type and for this reason the reverse gear kit is necessary) complete with phosphating on the pressure plate capable of withstanding a torque of 60KGM and ProtoXide clutch disc in special organic ferodo with copper braids in the compound with reverse-loaded cushion springs.
- Push clutch type, in fact it is necessary to purchase the inverter from us or at the scrapyard, we will suggest the correct model.
- The starter motor crown is already inserted on our flywheel
- ARP reinforced flywheel bolts are already included in our package.
- High tensile ARP flywheel bolts for crankshaft attachment, included in the package, specific for this application
- The weight of the whole assembly is approximately 16kg.
- This kit allows you to eliminate problems present in acceleration even at low revs, especially in the higher gears, caused by the failure of the "original dual mass flywheel" thus eliminating clutch or flywheel slippage, thanks to a reinforced pressure plate and a unique and unobtainable Ferodo ProtoXide disc.
- You must use the included thrust bearing.
- Reinforced clutch with robust shock absorber springs and reverse loaded with a NON COPPER disc that holds up to 60 kgm of torque!
- Dual-mass flywheel failure is known when increasing the stock horsepower (even just by reprogramming the ECU), or clutch slippage after remapping the ECU or adding a modified turbocharger. This kit features a special single-mass steel flywheel designed to accommodate a specific disc for turbodiesels with double shock absorbers.
