For the realization of this manifold, CNC industrial pipe benders are used and welded with TIG technology with internally fluxed gas, to avoid internal creaking that would compromise the correct path of the gas, which if not cleaned thoroughly could detach internal welding parts that would immediately meet the turbocharger exhaust impellers with destructive effects.
Our collector has welds only in strictly necessary points.
