- Steel exhaust manifold Renault 5 Gt 1400 Turbo Choose which connection you want between T2, T3 and Tial V-band connection or if you want the connection for external wastegate.
- Specific design to obtain the same length on all cylinders, which allows to obtain the maximum yield and reliability.
- It is ready to be installed and does not require any particular modifications to be made for installation as it is perfectly compatible with the original (usual turbo position).
- We have redesigned this new model paying close attention to the distance of the starter motor, and trying to keep the pipes of this manifold as far away from the intake manifold (positioned above) in order to minimize the heat exchange between these two.
- For the realization of this manifold, industrial CNC bending machines and welding with TIG technology with gas are used, to avoid internal dripping, in fact, if the pipes have internal drips, these could cause the detachment of pieces of welded material with consequent damage to the turbocharger.
- Copper plated studs and nuts for high temperatures included.
- Entirely tig welded.
- Thermocouple connection already welded in the correct position to measure and control the exhaust temperatures is included
