Kit composed of Alfa 147 1900 JTD ALFA GT 8-16v flywheel made of single-mass steel and clutch kit with reinforced pressure plate, special ProtoXide brake disc with copper braids in the compound, but it is still a disc not with copper plates, but a more "drivable" disc with also the anti-bend spring between the pair of linings to further increase the driveability of this specific disc with reinforced thrust springs specially made and exclusive by ProtoXide for this application.

  • There are known problems with the dual mass flywheel breaking when the standard horsepower is increased (even just by reprogramming the control unit).
  • Specific crankshaft bolts already included in the package and different from the original bolts specific for this application.
  • The weight of the entire assembly is lightened and weighs approximately 16kg.

ho montato questo kit per poter reggere la coppia del motore dopo alcuni interventi elettronici e meccanici.la frizione regge benissimo lo sforzo il volano essendo poco più leggero dell'originale aiuta a salire di giri rapidamente senza compromettere troppo la coppia.la rumorosità è rimasta buona.si nota un pò di vibrazione quando si affonda a pieno l'accelerato in piena coppia.ma il motore vibra meno sia al minimo sia al momento dell'accensione!nel complesso il kit è ottimo.anche nel prezzo.realizzato molto bene.completo di tutto.tranne il cuscinetto reggispinta.che consiglio di cambiare quando si interviene.il servizio e la serietà dell'azzienda sono ottimi.consegna rapidissima e un ufficio tecnico all'avanguardia.

Montato su alfa 147 jtd 115hp finalmente il pedale morbido come su questa motorizzazione non è mai stato. ed è sparito anche quel classico scalino che si forma nella corsa del pedale a volte anche dopo poche migliaia di chilometri. a differenza di ciò che si legge in giro non avverto nessuna particolare vibrazione ne sulla leva del cambio e tantomeno sul pedale. anche al minimo non si ci accorge di differenze se non per il differente rumore che provvoca. l unico modo per trovare una vibrazione e mettere il motore sottocoppia con una marcia alta ed affondare l acceleratore. allora vibra di piu del bimassa originale. ma essendo questa una condotta di guida ovviamente errata è un problema che non dovrebbe sussistere mai. ha la comodita di montaggio del kit ricambio originale cosi neppure i meccanici avranno da lamentarsi non dovendo modificare nulla e neppure dissaldare la corona dall originale per essere montata su questo in acciaio quindi che dire. ho 41kg di coppia. e anche la frizione regge perfettamente e direi pure con grossi margini di sicurezza. lo consiglio a chi non piace avere problemi! in conclusione ottimo prodotto
